Delivery & Returns

Thank you for your order! Please note that in order to maintain a high standard and to avoid disappointing our Nubian Queens, all products are carefully inspected prior to delivery.

Nubian Reines hopes you and your Nubian Queen are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within twenty-eight (28) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email our customer service team at contact@nubianreines.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging along with the return form provided, and mail your return to:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for processing. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at contact@nubianreines.co.uk to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

In order to meet the terms of our returns and exchange policy, you must notify us via email at contact@nubianreines.co.uk before returning your item, and prior to the cancellation period expiring. Failure to do so may delay or void your return.

Please note: items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be refunded.
